This project produces a diverse set of practices to teach empathy using aesthetic methods. As all partner institutions will work closely with working life partners, for instance during the internship periods, the understanding of qualified empathy as an important part of high quality education and professional services will spread amongst workers in the field. The increased interest in the dynamics between thinking and feeling may provide an arena for further education and social innovation.
All pilots are conducted within different higher education curricula and the intention is to have this kind of module located permanently in different professional education programs. Initially within partner institution’s curricula but thereafter into all network institutions as well.
The outcomes of this project will expand each partner institution’s active role in national and international seminars. The network formed during the process will be one channel to provide information on our Qualified Empathy -Aesthetic Learning – project.
